Open Bid for Municipal Heating System and Stove Installation (4/14/2025)
The Town of Parsonsfield is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design and implementation of the replacement of its existing heating system at the Town Hall Building (634 North Rd.). Bids should be for replacing it with a new boiler or a new heating solution based on new heat pumps. Qualified bids should include removal, and disposal, of the existing boiler and materials.
Additionally, the project will include the installation of a propane stove in the Town Hall building.
Installation includes placing and leveling the stove, connecting propane lines to the tank and testing to ensure installation complete. This will include trenching. The old stove will not be removed from the premises.

Bids must be received at the Town Office by 4PM, on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, in a sealed envelope,

Open Bid for Mowing (3/6/2025 (*updated 4/7/2025)
The Town of Parsonsfield is soliciting bids for mowing, edging, and cleanup for the upcoming season. Cleanup limited to removing branches and debris to allow mowing.
The first property is the Town Office at 634 North Road. Mowing is to commence the week of May 5, 2025, and continue through the growing season. (approximately EVERY OTHER week, ten to twelve times).
The second part of the bid is for two cemeteries: the Town House Cemetery on Merrill Hill Road and the North Parsonsfield Cemetery at the corner of North Road and Merrill Hill Road. Mowing is to commence the week of May 5, 2025, and continue through the growing season, EVERY THIRD week.
Bids must be received at the Town Office by 4PM, on Monday, April 28, 2025, in a sealed envelope, noting Mowing on the outside. Email submissions will not be accepted.

Open Bid for Furnace Removal (4/7/2025)
The Town of Parsonsfield is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the removal of the heating systems at the Old Town House on Merrill Hill. Qualified bids should include price for the removal and disposal of a furnace and ducting.
Bids must be received at the Town Office by 4PM, on Monday, May 12, 2025, in a sealed envelope, noting Furnace Removal on the outside. Email submissions will not be accepted.
